In this legal notice, "MakeAttitude" or "the owner" refers to the person identified in this section.

2. Purpose and acceptance

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website https://makeattitude.com in its Spanish, English and Italian versions.

By accessing the website you become a user and accept this legal notice. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website.

If there is any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.

3. Access and use

Access to the website is free of charge and requires no registration.

You agree to use the website lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with public order, and not to use it to:

• carry out unlawful activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties;
• damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the website;
• introduce or spread viruses or any other harmful code;
• attempt to access restricted areas of the owner's or third parties' systems.

If use of the website contrary to these conditions is detected, MakeAttitude may take the appropriate legal measures.

The owner may modify, suspend or remove the contents and presentation of the website at any time.

4. Services and prices

Information about services, training and products published on this website is for information purposes.

• Prices: are stated in euros and are final prices: they include applicable taxes, with no additional amount charged for them.
• Travel: not included unless stated otherwise. Its cost is communicated before the booking is confirmed.
• Ebook: sold through Gumroad and subject to the final price shown by the platform during checkout.
• Bookings: services and training are booked individually. You ask about availability (by WhatsApp, phone or email), MakeAttitude checks its schedule, and the booking is made once both parties confirm it. Asking about availability or signing up to the updates form is not a booking.

The conditions applicable to each booking are communicated before it is confirmed.

5. Third-party services and links

This website links to third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

• WhatsApp: to ask about availability and request information.
• Gumroad: purchase and download of the ebook "Tu Primer Kit de Maquillaje".
• Google Forms: form to receive information by email about upcoming MakeAttitude Education courses. It does not reserve a place.
• Instagram: MakeAttitude's profile.

MakeAttitude does not control these services and is not responsible for their content, availability or operation. We recommend that you review their terms before using them.

In accordance with Article 17 of the LSSI-CE, if MakeAttitude becomes aware that linked content is unlawful, it will act diligently to remove the link.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the website are protected by Spanish intellectual property law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996) and trademark law (Law 17/2001). They belong to MakeAttitude or are used with the authorisation of their owners. They include texts, photographs, videos, graphic design, source code, the MakeAttitude logo and the ebook.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of these contents without MakeAttitude's prior written authorisation is prohibited, except where permitted by law. You may view the contents for personal, private and non-commercial use. The ebook is for personal use only: it may not be redistributed, shared or resold.

Credits:

• Photographs: MakeAttitude, or used with their authors' permission.
• Hero video: LaFineWed.

Third-party trademarks: third-party trademarks and logos shown on the website, such as those in "Products and tools", belong to their respective owners. They are shown only to indicate the products MakeAttitude works with and do not imply any commercial relationship with, or any right over, those brands.

7. Liability

MakeAttitude strives to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. However, it cannot guarantee that it is error-free or that the website will be available without interruption.

MakeAttitude is not liable for damage arising from misuse of the website, from linked third-party services, or from technical failures beyond its control.

Nothing in this legal notice limits the rights that consumer protection law grants to consumers.

8. Data protection and cookies

The website has no forms or registration areas of its own. Personal data you provide when contacting MakeAttitude is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy. This includes data sent by WhatsApp, phone or email, through the Google form, or when buying on Gumroad.

The website does not use cookies. It only stores in your browser the language you choose and whether you have already seen the opening animation. More information in the Cookie policy.

9. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Even so, no system connected to the internet is completely invulnerable.

10. Complaints

You can send any complaint to contacto@makeattitude.com or to the address in section 1.

If you are a consumer, you can also contact the public consumer services where you live. In Madrid, for example, the Municipal Consumer Information Office (OMIC) or the Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs of the Community of Madrid.

11. Changes

MakeAttitude may amend this legal notice to adapt it to legal changes or changes to the website. The version in force is the one published at any given time, with its last-updated date.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.

• Consumers: disputes will be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under consumer protection law, generally those of the consumer's place of residence.
• Other cases: the parties submit to the courts of Madrid (Spain).
